Through gentle movement, supportive Restorative Yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and simple self-acupressure techniques, you’ll learn practical tools to ease tension, reduce discomfort, and support a stronger, more resilient back. We’ll use props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, sandbags, and tennis balls to gently stimulate acupressure points and encourage deep release throughout the body.
