Women's Wellness Circle: Cortisol Balance and Deep Restoration

This nurturing women’s circle is designed to support healthy cortisol levels by helping you unwind, reset, and reconnect with your body and mind. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally foggy, wired-but-tired, or simply in need of deeper self-care, this experience offers a supportive space to slow down and truly restore.

We’ll begin by creating personalized body oils for self-massage, using thoughtfully selected ingredients known to promote relaxation, balance stress hormones, and enhance mental clarity. You’ll learn simple, effective ways to incorporate touch and aromatherapy into your daily routine to help regulate cortisol and support your nervous system.

The session will also include gentle, restorative yoga practices designed to calm the stress response, improve circulation, and release tension stored in the body. Breathwork and guided relaxation will help quiet the mind, reduce overwhelm, and bring you back to a grounded, centered state.
