Women’s Wellness Circle
A Community for Perimenopause, Menopause & Beyond
Main Street Yoga’s monthly women’s wellness group is a space to gather, move, learn, and grow—together.
Each month, we’ll explore the ever-evolving journey of perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause through a blend of supportive yoga practice, guided learning, open discussion, and Q&A. This is a circle for women, by women—a place where your experiences are honored, your questions are welcomed, and your wisdom is valued.
Our time together will include:
A thoughtfully designed yoga practice to support the hormonal, physical, and emotional shifts of midlife
Education on topics related to perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause
Open conversation and shared reflection
Space for your questions—nothing is off-limits
Different women teachers will rotate leading each month, offering a variety of practices and perspectives—from gentle, restorative movement to strength-building flows, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system support. This diversity reflects the truth that there is no single way to move through this stage of life.
Most importantly, this group is collaborative. Members will help shape the direction of our gatherings, with opportunities to suggest and vote on topics you most want to explore—whether that’s sleep, mood shifts, bone health, sexuality, identity, purpose, or redefining what vitality looks like in this season of your life.
Menopause is not an ending. It is a transition rich with possibility! This circle is here to help you move through it with knowledge, confidence, strength, and community.

Who It’s For
This group is for anyone who has or has ever had ovaries. Fun facts about menopause:
The ease or difficulty of menopause is directly related to diet and lifestyle in the years (or even decades) leading up to the transition, so it’s never too early prepare!
If you have an autoimmune condition, you’re more like to begin menopause at an earlier age.
If you had a hysterectomy relatively early in life, you will still experience this time of transition on a mental, emotional, spiritual, and even physical level.
Dates and Times
For now, we plan to meet every fourth Saturday in 2026 from 11:30am to 1:30pm. If we find that the majority of participants prefer different days and times, we will try to accommodate.
Here are the dates we have chosen for 2026:
March 28th, April 25th, May 23th, June 20th, July 18th, August 15th, September 12th, October 10th, November 7th, and December 5th.
Ways to Participate
We understand that committing to 10 meetings can be a big ask for women who aren’t used to doing this type of work. For that reason, each meeting will be designed to function as a standalone workshop that participants can register for individually.
However, our true goal is create a cohesive community, a support system, and a well of wisdom from which we all can draw. If you’re ready to make that commitment to yourself, we offer a membership option that grants you access to all 10 meetings at a discounted cost. That means more value for less money!
Regardless of how you choose to participate, each woman will be a welcome and valued member of the group.
