Renew and Reconnect: A 4-Week Series

Renew & Reconnect is a four-week yoga series designed to help you recharge your energy and reconnect with yourself and your intentions in the new year. This time of transition can stir up both momentum and fatigue, and these classes offer space to slow down, build steady strength, and find grounding.

Each week explores a different theme and focus to help you feel more centered and supported. All levels welcome!

Week 1: Release. A gentle, restorative practice to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of ease.

Week 2: Recenter and Rebalance. A mindful, steady flow that explores accessible balancing postures to focus attention and reconnect with your inner steadiness.

Week 3: Rebuild. Gentle strength-building with thoughtful challenges and modifications to support stability and confidence.

Week 4: Renew. A rejuvenating combination of gentle movement, restorative postures, breathwork, and meditation to leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.

While it's not necessary to attend all 4 sessions, you'll receive the full benefit of the series if you do. You can pay for each class individually, or use your class package when you register.
