Come awaken your senses in this FREE pop-up class led by MSY Yoga Teacher Trainee Rose Miller. Our senses shape our perception of the world, but our busy routines bombard us with constant sensory inputs that often leave us feeling more stressed than blessed. This playful all-levels class will use movement, breathing, and meditation to regulate the senses and then mindfully reawaken them, to consciously bring more joy and gratitude into our lives.
