Balanced Energy

With the daylight hours declining and the temperatures starting to fall, our bodies can begin to feel more heavy and fatigued. At this time it is really important to add a practice that not only encourages movement, but can also help ease our bodies through the transition between the changes in the seasons. We will be moving through a gentle yet engaging sequence that will allow us to nourish our bodies with vital energy, while also helping our minds stay focused and centered.
