The Piece That's Missing From Your Yoga Practice

I have exciting news that will propel your yoga practice to the next level!

My dear friend and my Kriya Yoga teacher, Ryan Kurczak, has just opened a new 12-week online course designed to introduce you to the authentic practice of Kriya Yoga meditation! I’ve been studying with Ryan for over two years now. If you’re interested in developing a regular, meaningful meditation practice, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Now, maybe you don’t know what Kriya Yoga is. I didn’t either when I first met Ryan – Kriya Yoga has been shrouded in mystery for a long time. But Ryan and I went for a bike ride, and I asked him a few questions about it, trying not to badger him too much. After that, I have to admit, I still didn’t understand what the practice entailed.

So I sorted through the information Ryan had on his website, and I took a downloadable 11-hour course he had available there. As I was going through the course, I had a feeling that Kriya Yoga was the piece that had been missing from my 20+ years of yoga practice. Don’t get me wrong, the yoga I had been practicing (which I still practice and teach today) was and is absolutely essential, but developing a regular meditation practice was something that had eluded me.

After completing the 11-hour beginner course and reading a couple of his books, I hinted to Ryan that I was interested in his Kriya Yoga apprenticeship program – an advanced two-year deep dive into the teachings of Kriya Yoga – and he graciously accepted me as a student. That was a big leap! If I hadn’t already studied some core yogic texts, I probably would have been a bit overwhelmed, despite Ryan’s simple, straightforward teaching style.

The good news for you is that Ryan’s new 12-week online course gives the beginner a firm foundation in the philosophy, spirituality, and practice of Kriya Yoga, as well as ways to cultivate a healthy and supportive yogic lifestyle. “An Introduction to Kriya Yoga Meditation for Spiritual Growth” provides the necessary information and fundamental practices so that you can find more success in your yoga journey.

Even more exciting is that you won’t be left on your own in this course. While Ryan’s classes will consist of pre-recorded weekly lessons that you will listen to in your own time, your enrollment also includes monthly online Q&A sessions with Ryan AND weekly in-person meetings with me, beginning in mid-February.

Enrollment is only $7.50 a month. Usual completion time is 12-14 weeks.

As always, feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you might have.

With love,
Angela

P.S. If you'd like an even shorter introduction to meditation, I'm presenting a two-hour "Intro to Meditation" workshop on February 4th. After I present my information, I'll discuss how Ryan's course and my weekly meetups can help keep you motivated and on track with your meditation practice!
