Angela, Stacey, and Paula are teaming up to help you thrive through the change in seasons. The shift from summer to fall is an especially important time to support your body and mind with daily habits, food, yoga, and essential oils that are specific to your constitution, your imbalances, and the time of year. If we run headlong into winter without first releasing the heat of summer, we diminish our body's ability to accomplish the deep immune building that needs to happen in the cooler months. We set ourselves up illness, joint pain, weight gain, and other issues that could be avoided by mindful alignment with nature. Your registration fee of $37.50 covers printed yoga sequences for you to practice at home, printed information regarding foods and daily habits for seasonal and constitutional support, and an essential oil rollerball designed specifically for you.
