Friday Night - Savasana Study - 6:00 to 7:30pm

The easiest CEUs you’ve ever earned! Practice yoga’s most powerful pose 5 different ways. Then gift yourself the opportunity to be radically present, accepting the moment as it is, while nourishing your nervous system. Learn the 4 components that lead to a deep and productive savasana. Experience what savasana REALLY is, and what it isn’t.

Includes a 25-page printed training manual with learning objectives and instructions for 4 practices.

Saturday - Somatic Yoga Training - 8:30am to 6:00pm

Somatic yoga is a subtle practice designed to re-educate the brain on how to sense and move muscles. Essentially, it re-establishes the connection between the brain and the body using small, gentle, breath-centric movements.

In this training workshop, we'll learn the four basic concepts of somatics and experience three different somatic yoga practices aimed at the three different reflexes that cause chronic muscular tension and lead to sensory motor amnesia. We'll also learn a short routine that we can use for daily maintenance.

22-page printed manual that includes learning objectives and a script for a full 8-stage yoga nidra practice.

Sunday - Yoga Nidra Training - 8:30am to 6:00pm

Join us as we explore “yogic sleep,” discuss common misconceptions about the practice, and discover its true purpose! This training is for anyone who would like to develop a personal practice as well as those facilitating yoga nidra classes.

Yoga Nidra is designed to systematically take you through the pancha maya kosha (all five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness. With consistent practice, Yoga Nidra can lead us to the bliss body and eventually to discovery of the true Self!
