This workshop is designed to empower participants with self-care tools to alleviate chronic or acute lower back pain, combining the physical, strengthening benefits of yoga with the pressure-point relief of acupressure. Students will experience a gentle yoga flow with Restorative postures to support the low back, self acupressure, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork). Yoga blocks, tennis balls, sandbags, and bolsters may be used to help stimulate acupressure points. No prior experience required.
