From Heat to Radiance: Empowering the Menopause Journey

Menopause is often talked about as something to endure, manage, or fix. In many conversations, it’s framed as a collection of symptoms or a medical problem to solve. But for generations of women across cultures, this time of life has been understood very differently — as a meaningful transition into wisdom, self-trust, and deeper connection with what truly matters.

From Heat to Radiance is the opening gathering of a monthly, in-person "women’s wellness circle" created to explore menopause in a more supportive and empowering way. Rather than focusing only on discomforts or changes, we’ll look at menopause as a natural life passage — one that invites us to reconnect with our truth, our intuition, and our inner strength.

This stage of life can bring physical and emotional shifts, but it can also open the door to something powerful: clarity about who we are and what we need. Many women find that as this transition unfolds, their energy naturally begins to turn inward — toward reflection, creativity, spiritual connection, and the sharing of wisdom gathered through years of living.

Unfortunately, many of us move through this phase in isolation. Cultural messages about aging, youth, and productivity can leave women feeling frustrated, invisible, or unsupported. This circle is meant to change that.

By gathering together each month, we create space for honest conversation, shared learning, and genuine community. In this welcoming environment, women can talk openly about their experiences, exchange practical tools for supporting their bodies and minds, and remind each another that we are not alone in this transition.

Together we will explore ways to care for ourselves through the lens of Yoga, Ayurveda, and other holistic practices that emphasize balance, nourishment, and respect for the natural rhythms of life. Most importantly, we will cultivate a positive and compassionate perspective on this stage of life — one that honors the strength, insight, and beauty that emerge with time.

Menopause does not mark a decline.
It is a turning point — a movement from heat to radiance.

This gathering is an invitation to step into that transition with curiosity, support, and community. It will include a movement practice; please dress accordingly.
