A Morning Practice for Centering and Clarity
As autumn invites us to slow down and turn inward, this class blends gentle standing Qigong-inspired movement with a grounding meditative practice to steady the mind and nurture the body. Through mindful breath and fluid motion, we’ll awaken energy, release stagnation, and restore balance as the seasons shift. The session closes with meditative stillness and intention — leaving you rooted in calm awareness and open to renewal.
This is a 4-week series. Each session builds on the last, so students are asked to register for all 4 sessions. Use your existing class package, purchase one here, or pay the single drop-in rate. You'll receive a free 30-minute PEMF Infrared Mat session when you register and attend all four sessions.
