YTT Pop-Up Class: Inside Out Yoga

Experience yoga from the inside out!

Join us as we practice slowing down and noticing the internal experience of movement. In this FREE beginner-friendly class, we will explore gentle, somatic exercises as well as the subtle aspects of familiar yoga postures for the purpose of becoming more attuned to our own bodies. As we focus on functional, breath-centric movement, we'll release chronic muscular tension and alleviate stress while increasing our overall health and wellness.
