Kriya Yoga Immersion Weekend

Join us for a donation-based weekend immersion in the practices of Kriya Yoga meditation and pranayama. In this 2-day event, you will learn Kriya Yoga meditation techniques that facilitate superconscious meditation. At the end of the weekend, it is our intention that participants have learned to:

  • Build an effective meditation routine that will cultivate a direct experience of Samadhi – Oneness/Clarity

  • Bring forth a greater sense of spiritual awareness through the dedicated practice of Kriya Yoga philosophy and meditation.

  • Deepen one’s understanding of yogic philosophy as it relates to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

What will you need to attend this Kriya Yoga immersion?

  • A well-rested body.

  • An alert and curious mind.

  • An interest in Kriya Yoga meditation and philosophy.

No yoga mats are required. The practices taught are pranayama, mantra, and meditation techniques, as well as yogic philosophy. Classes are taught in chairs, without the need to be able to sit on the floor or in specific yogic postures. The only posture required is an upright alert sitting position. Stretching and movement breaks will be included in the program.

Your presenter, Ryan Kurczak, has been practicing Kriya Yoga for over two decades and teaching the transformative philosophy and practices of Kriya for over 18 years to students from all over the world. He was initiated and ordained to teach by Roy Eugene Davis, a direct student of Paramahansa Yogananda. Mr. Kurczak is the author of several books on Kriya Yoga and Vedic Astrology. He is the host of The Kriya Yoga Podcast, the Kriya Yoga OnlineYouTube Channel, and the director of the two-year Kriya Yoga Apprenticeship Program.
