This four week series will be focused on the spine. Each Tuesday in April, we'll be working on backbends, heart openers, and twist. The class will be an all levels, vinyasa flow. We'll work together to create support in the spine using core work, backbends, and heart openers. Twists will also be a component of this series to create space within the vertebrae. These classes will be perfect for all levels. You can attend all four or drop in when possible.
