Seasonal Thrive: Yoga and Ayurveda for Autumn

There's no denying that that seasonal shifts in the weather affect our bodies, minds, and spirits. In Ayurveda (Yoga's sister science and holistic wellness system), ignoring the effect of seasonal variations is named as one of the three causes of disease! This workshop teaches us how to adjust our diet, sleep, and lifestyle in order to maintain optimal health. We'll also learn beginner-friendly yoga and qigong practices that we can use throughout the season of autumn to maintain balance in our energetic systems.
