Join us for a day full of "enlightening" classes and opportunities to relax, recharge, recalibrate, and reconnect!

Morning Sessions

9:00 - 10:30

Bhakti Flow with Angela in the Sun Room

Embers & Ease: Gentle Movement + Guided Journaling with Lauri in the Moon Room

This session offers a simple, grounding blend of gentle standing movement and intentional reflection. We’ll begin with slow, easy movements to warm the body, release tension, and create steadiness — accessible for all levels and designed to help you settle into the moment.

Once grounded, we’ll move into guided journaling with clear, focused prompts to reflect on the past season and identify what you want to nurture as winter deepens. You’ll explore what you’re ready to let go of, what you’re carrying forward, and what inner light you want to tend in the colder months ahead.

We’ll close with a brief moment of stillness to integrate both movement and writing, leaving you steady, clear, and softly renewed. Perfect for anyone craving gentle embodiment and meaningful introspection.

10:30 - 11:30

Spark Your Inner Light: Vision Board Party! with Lauri in the Moon Room

Settle in for a cozy, creative session designed to help you reconnect with what inspires, energizes, and illuminates you from the inside out.

We’ll begin with a short, gentle guided meditation to soften the edges of the day. With eyes closed, you’ll be invited to follow your breath inward, noticing the quiet glow at the center of yourself — that place where clarity, desire, and purpose begin. You’ll linger there just long enough to sense what you’re ready to call in for the coming season.

From this grounded space, we’ll transition into visioning. Using magazines, images, words, and color, you’ll create a vision board that reflects the sparks you discovered — the dreams, feelings, and intentions you want to nurture as the light slowly returns. You’ll have time to explore freely, intuitively, and playfully, letting your hands and heart guide the process.

By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a visual reminder of your inner light: a personal compass for the winter months ahead and a meaningful way to honor what you’re growing toward.

Inner Fire Sun Salutations with Erin in the Sun Room

Inner Fire Sun Salutations with Erin in the Sun Room. Celebrate the return of the sun with sun salutations! Erin will lead participants through 108 sun salutations! Why 108? According to ancient yogis 108 as a number represents the wholeness of existence. This number also connects the Sun, Moon, and Earth. The average distance of the Sun and the Moon to Earth is 108 times their respective diameters. Such phenomena have given rise to many examples of ritual significance, one being the offering of 108 Sun Salutations on the Winter Solstice.

The session will start with a brief warm up. Sun Salutations will be completed in 9 rounds of 12, a cool down, and then a long savasana. Challenge yourself by trying to complete all 108, or feel free to drop in and out as you wish. Modifications will also be offered. This practice will leave you feeling grounded and centered as it is an opportunity to connect to a sense of ritual, transformation, and renewal of one's own consciousness.

4:00-5:00

Spotlights: An Acupressure Workshop with Alesia in the Moon Room

5:00-6:15

Heartfire Cacao Ceremonty and Meditative Dance with Lauri and Kristi

We’ll begin the evening by gathering in a slow, intentional circle to share ceremonial cacao — a warm, heart-opening invitation to arrive fully in your body and your breath. As we sip this plant medicine together, you’ll be guided through gentle grounding practices that help soften the mind, steady the nervous system, and awaken a sense of connection within and around you.

We’ll explore simple prompts and quiet moments of reflection designed to open emotional spaciousness and spark creativity. Cacao’s grounding, uplifting qualities create the perfect bridge between inner stillness and embodied expression.

This ceremony flows seamlessly into the meditative dance session, preparing your heart and body to move with authenticity, freedom, and joy! It’s an invitation to enter the rest of the evening open, present, and deeply attuned.

6:30-7:30

Inner Light: A Restorative Sound Ceremony with Lauri

As the shortest days of the year draw near, we gather for a deeply restorative ceremony designed to honor the quiet brilliance within each of us. Inner Light is a gentle, nourishing evening practice that weaves together intentional stillness, mindful breath, symbolic release, and healing sound to close our Winter Gathering in a space of warmth and clarity.

We begin with a focused meditation to settle the nervous system and soften the edges of the day. Through steady, rhythmic breathing, you’ll invite warmth into the body and awaken the subtle inner fire that sustains you through winter’s darkness.

From this place of calm presence, we move into a guided fire-release ritual — a symbolic practice for letting go of what no longer serves. Old stories, stale habits, lingering heaviness… all are offered to the flame with gratitude, making space for renewal.

A short dharma talk follows, reflecting on the nature of inner light: how it flickers, strengthens, dims, and returns; how it guides us even when hidden; and how turning inward during the winter season allows us to rediscover our own radiance with fresh devotion.

We close with a long, immersive sound bath designed to soothe, restore, and recalibrate. Vibrational tones wash through the body like waves, helping integrate the evening’s practices and sealing your intentions for the season ahead.

This ceremony is offered as the final session of our Winter Gathering — a collective exhale — inviting you to step into the solstice with clarity, softness, and a renewed sense of inner illumination.
