We will use ancient breathing exercises, physical postures, chanting, and meditation to awaken, release, and harness our energy. Expect to feel more connected to your intuition and inner guidance.

Gentle and intentional physical movement will help you ground your energy and create flow. Movement becomes a bridge between body and spirit, allowing you to break free from stagnation.

Gong Bath and Sound Healing will introduce frequency & vibration at the cellular level to enhance the practices. The gong is an ancient instrument of healing. During the session, you'll experience a soothing gong bath, which uses sound vibrations to penetrate deep into your being. The gong's resonance can clear energetic blockages, promote relaxation, and elevate your consciousness. It's a powerful tool for breaking through emotional barriers and finding clarity.
