New cycles begin literally on a daily basis: new days, new weeks, new months, new moons . . . but the most anticipated new cycle is the new year. The gift of the new year brings deep reflection and introspection that can amplify processes of self-inquiry, expanding our internal awareness and commitment to self care. In this workshop, we will utilize yoga - asana and meditation - to mindfully formulate our intentions for 2017. No yoga experience necessary. This workshop is open to anyone and everyone. Bring a journal and something to write with.
