Vinyasa coordinates movement with breath to mindfully flow from one pose to the next. Our all-levels approach lets you modify poses to suit your degree of ability or current energy level.
The studio is heated to 85 degrees for an all-levels vinyasa flow.
Yin Yoga is a quiet practice focused on flexibility. It involves holding and exploring poses for longer periods of time in order to target deeper connective tissue and calm the nervous system.
Restorative yoga is yoga for relaxation and healing. The body is fully supported in order to encourage complete relaxation of the muscles, allowing the lymphatic system more effectively do its job of ridding the body of toxins and hormonal waste. Because the body is fully supported, it can be practiced by anyone including pregnant women, the elderly, and those who are less mobile.
FLOW + YIN
75 minute mix of yin and yang. Class begins with vinyasa flow to awaken your body. A yin practice follows focusing on flexibility. Class concludes with savasana and a guided meditation.
YOGA FOR STRENGTH
This is an all-levels class designed to help you build strength over time through the practice of yoga. Students are encouraged to experience the power of their own bodies in this playful and positive class.
30 MINUTE REFRESH
This $5 class is perfect for the working yogi or those who enjoy a shorter mid-day practice. Join us to relieve tension and recharge for the afternoon. Open to all levels.
Start the day with some mind/body integration. We start slowly with a few yin poses and a gentle warm-up, then work our way into an all-levels flow that will leave you feeling aligned and energized.
Tune into your body, breath, and sensations in Evening Yoga then, gradually slow your nervous system down to settle for the evening. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy a peaceful stillness, move the body gently to burn off excess energy, then wind down, and ease away the day to a deeper state of relaxation as you prepare for the evening.
We offer private instruction in the studio, in your home, and other locations. Designed specifically for you, this session can be used to introduce you to yoga, work on specific needs, or further your practice.
